My classes are in four week installments with classes starting on the first Monday of each month. So when there is a "fifth week" there is not regular class. Sometimes I use the extra time as a make-up for missed classes or I will teach a workshop or two. This last few days I actually took a short vacation and went out of town for several days. The first day was nice, read a book, when for a bike ride (yes, I took the bikes) and enjoyed the great outdoors in South Eastern Arizona. The second day I needed to stretch and do a few knee exercises. On the third day my back and neck were stiff and I really need to do some leg stretches. On the fourth day I was adding in ankle and head rolls. When I was packing up the RV and getting ready to roll I was quite relieved to be getting back to my dance!
